Offering five, luxurious en-suite bedrooms, our accommodation is designed to comfortably fit larger families or larger travel groups. Ranging from single bedrooms to family-sized suites, each of our bedrooms is large enough to fit a cot in, if required - this can be added free of charge.
Each bedroom boasts a colour TV complete with Freeview, in addition to free WiFi access available in every room. Each room also has tea and coffee making facilities, in addition to central heating ensuring each room remains warm during the colder winter months.

Breakfast is served from 8.30am in the dining room, and is always a delicious affair. Karen’s breakfast is extremely popular and is ideal for setting you up for the day ahead, whether it’s a large breakfast you fancy or a lighter bite, there are plenty of options available. Special dietary requirements can easily be accommodated on request
The main draw of this region is, without a doubt, the Lake District, one of the UK’s largest national parks, and an Unesco World Heritage Site. Think deep valleys, plunging revines, crystal clear lakes, traditional inns, and deep, rolling hilltops as far as the eye can see. Beyond the countryside are a number of quaint towns of historical interest, including Carlisle, Kendal, and Penrith, not to mention Cumbria’s coastline which boasts some incredible coastal views of its own.
Overlooking a number of fells and lakes, Brooklands Guesthouse also boasts a large guest lounge, ideal for relaxing in and spending quality time together. The lounge boasts a number of games, books and toys perfect for younger guests, as well as a number of guidebooks offering information and advice about exploring the local area.
