From The M6 take junction 36

Follow the A590 TO A591 BYPASS to a large roundabout on the outskirts of Kendal.

Take the first exit signposted Hawkshead via ferry.

Travel for about 7 miles through the village of Crook and pass Windermere Golf course.

Stay on the road till you come to a T junction. At the junction turn left and we are 20yrds on the left.

From Bowness

At the mini roundabout head towards the lake

Turn left at Vinegar Jones, Fish and Chip shop onto Kendal Road.

Continue for about half a mile and you will come to Brooklands on your left.

If you miss this turning and have the lake on your right. Carry on until the Hawkshead ferry turning is on your right, just past this on your left is Longtail Hill, turn up here at the junction at the top Brooklands car park is directly opposite.
